No, do not use CAVI or any other serums right after deep microneedle (.50mm+).
You can use your serums (CAVI, etc.) after a lighter cosmetic needling of .25mm. That is fine.
For deeper microneedling, I would suggest that you not use anything at all for at least several hours. Then you can apply repair serums or HA. I know some people like to use HA with deeper treatments, but at home, I suggest to be on the safe side and not use anything until the channels have closed to avoid problems.
For light .25mm (dermaroller, etc.), it is ideal to use a nice serum!

I would also like to add:
.25mm - This is a cosmetic-level microneedling. Great for product penetration (use your serums, Vitamin C, HA or treatment mask) with this. Not great for collagen boosting (except around eyes, lips) which may see some help by doing this consistently. Do this as often as you like.
.50 - This is a deeper microneedling; the deepest I would suggest for home/DIY treatments. You can do this monthly. Avoid serums after this. Let your microchannel close (about 1 hour) and then apply serums.
.75++ - This gets into pro-level treatments and I would AVOID doing this deep yourself. DO NOT USE SERUMS after a treatment - follow your practitioners' advice. If they have a special serum you can use, use only that to avoid problems.
