POST LASER SKINCARE ROUTINE
Every year I like to do something professional to keep my skin in top shape. This year, I just had a minor laser procedure that essentially did two things:
-Create sub-dermal collagen boosting
-Light resurfacing of the skin
For the last few days I've been peeling and flaking - nothing severe, but it left me very dry and slowly shedding the old layer.
The new skin feels and look so smooth and bright!
I've had to be patient (no retinols, no exfoliators, no super treatments)
I've followed this simple protocol to gently and successfully
get through this without interrupting the process.
- Why I don't use a regular moisturizer (what is better)
- What kind of non-exfoliant you can use to slough away the peeling skin safely
- Recovery, of course! But what other skincare can you use?
- Is it OK to use retinols?
- What "essential" daily item did I use several times each day (quick & easy)
