I continue to enjoy you videos & learn so much from your postings so thank you!

I have a question for you from an expert esthetician’s perspective.

Lately I’ve been seeing skincare mfg’s & many esthetician’s are talking more about doing away with the old school of thought that causing trauma to the skin can do all theses great things like promoting collagen etc.. contradictory to that some procedures can actually be causing more setbacks than doing good, primarily when it comes to creating “inflammation” within the skin top layer & or deeper. Potentially causing more eventual sagging 😳

Seriously, don't go higher than level two (start at one) and then just move it around your face (wet - I like to use it in the shower) and target the puffiness.
