Q: How many times weekly should I use red LED for best collagen boost?
A: You can use this several times a week. I suggest at least 3x weekly for a minimum of 3 minutes per area (lips, forehead, etc.) Consistency is truly key with this tool.
Q: Should I use red LED before or after my microcurrent/microneedling, etc.?
A: You can use red LED either before or after a microcurrent session. Just be sure to remove any conductive gel prior to using.

Q: How long before I see results?
A: Collagen building takes some time - a min. of 28 days to really see visible results, however you will see your skin calmer and even brighter by doing consistent LED treatments.

Q: I have seen red light panels that cover the whole face at once. Isn't this better?
A: Yes and no. I've used these panels and while very a faster treatment can be obtained vs. using a tool like one shown above, I prefer the hand-tool for at-home use.
Why?
1. The hand tool can give you the ability to target areas. I like to target my forehead, under the jaw and my mouth area.
2. The panels are BRIGHT! Even with googles and eye pads, they are too bright for me to feel safe/comfortable. This is my personal opinion only. I don't like messing around with my eyesight and uber-bright lights. Smaller panels can be better, but then you are still not getting the whole face.
3. Cheap - this is a very effective and inexpensive tool. The panels can be wonderful, but they can also be pricier. Just choose wisely before you buy.
