Need a quick fix for your arms? It's still fairly warm everywhere so give this a try the next time you put on a short sleeve (or dare-you-go sleevless?) top and need a fast pick-me-up for your arms.
First - exfoliate! Even a scrub or light acid peel will work perfectly.
Third - do a full 5 minute TMP treatment over your arms and trouble spots (use multi-flashing/multi or red light). Do another 5 minutes, if necessary.
Fourth - Massage in the gel. It will leave your skin more toned and moisturized. If you hate the gel feel, lay a lightly damp warm cloth over it for a moment, remove cloth, then massage gel in. This will help remove some of the "tacky" feeling of the gel.
