Sitting = Cancer? Boost in colon & endometrial cancers tied to sitting
Sitting…it feels good.
But, most of us are doing it way too much.
One review in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute revealed that for every
additional two hours (that’s not much for many of us), it boost the risk of colon, endometrial cancers.
Yikes.
One way to avoid this is to set a timer. Every 90 minutes, get up, stretch, walk around, run a quick errand, etc.
I’d actually like if my computer would gently (safely) shut down for at least 15 minutes (OK, maybe 10) every 90
minutes so I’d be forced to get up.
Perk up your face. Not a concealer...a brightener that really does help get rid of dark circles and shadows. Use it under your foundation as a beautiful illumination!
