green drinks
They are all over the news lately. Celebs, doctors...all are gaga over green drinks.
What are they?
Simply...a bunch of green stuff stuffed into a blender or juicer and downed. They are not hard to make, or even bad (if you know the right combos to put together), so don't be fooled by high-tech gadgets or pre-packaged juices.
And one amazing benefit (besides all the obvious health bennies?)...GREAT SKIN!
And this is all over you body, including helping to reduce cellulite (the appearance, of course).
Why?
Super antioxidants! They help to reduce inflammation in your body and help it overall to look better.
Need a great recipe for one not only you, but your whole family will drink easily? Plus, it's not GREEN, but you'll know it really is!
tips (taken from "Shave Off The Years")
15: Blondes and redheads usually have very light eyebrows. If this is the case with you, you can also use a powder or pencil to fill them in. Should you dye them darker? My suggestion is to have a professional do it vs. trying it at home. Using powders or pencils to fill them in is a simpler solution. Also, do not use the same hair color you use on your hair to dye them. It can often look unnatural as hair color has more gold/red in it and brows should be very neutral to look the most natural.
16: Waxing vs. tweezing? Either is fine and to get the most defined brows, usually both is required. If you have never had your brows waxed, visit a professional! There are too many things that can go wrong unless you know what you're doing. However, once you have a good shape defined by waxing, it generally pretty easy to keep it up with tweezing between appointments.
17. Invest in a good lighted magnifying mirror. Doing any face work is much easier with magnification! Use a lighted one mounted to the wall or a stand, if possible. Using a mirror on a table is fine, but be sure it's the same height as you sitting and you're not looking down into it. This can distort your image.
18: Lashes: Are yours thick and full or thin a sparse? Lush lashes are de-aging and with the new lash-growth product available, they are easy to get. See our blog for a few recommendations (http://agelessmojo.wordpress.com/).
19: Eyeliner: After 40, unless you're very dark you should give up the black eyeliner. Not everyone may agree, but black liner is very harsh and can be aging. A great alternative is charcoal, chocolate brown or deep plum. (Be careful with purples--they can be too red and make your eyes look tired or bloodshot.)
