3 Steps to BIGGER eyes
1. Use eyedrops if eyes are red. Clear eyes look larger and more awake.
2. Use a neutral shadow (two shades deeper than skintone, but not too dark). Sweep it over entire lid. Add a little shimmery white or pale pink in the corners and just under arch of brow. Dot eyeliner on just in the lashline--don't line heavily. This will make eyes look smaller.
3. Load on black mascara.
Voila! Larger, more wide-awake eyes.
