I've been using this tool for a few months now, and I love it.
I've used in on jawline/under chin (great tightening with the RF/LED setting 2x weekly) and used it on my arms. I have to say it is really helping to tone, firm and smooth the skin with lasting results.
TIPS | FAT REDUCTION
Use on one part of the body for fat reduction, until desired results. Then switch to maintenance (1x weekly)
Then start working on another part of the body (2-3x weekly). Repeat above.
Use a vibration board or massage gun (or manual massage) after treatment for best results. Drink lots of water when doing reduction treatments!

NOTE:
Your body can only eliminate/process so much at a time.
Allow the reduction period of at least 30 days consistent treatment and then move to another body part. Do not try to do more than one body part per day.

You can use this at least 2-3x weekly per area of the body. You can do two areas in a day. For example, jawline and upper arms.
